Appointment booking and tour language
You can choose the date and exact time at the moment of purchase, through our website's built-in booking system. The expert tour guide service is available in English or Spanish, for your convenience.
Capacity and personalized experience
To ensure the experience remains truly premium and uninterrupted, the program will start with a minimum of 3 participants. We have maximized the group size to a maximum of 10 people (of which a maximum of 3 can be wheelchair users).
The duration of the experience and the specificities of the location
The approximate duration of the program is 40 minutes, which depends heavily on the size of the group and the number of people at the market (public attendance). It's important to know that Mercado de San Miguel does not allow table reservations in advance. Therefore, for a more comfortable and intimate experience, we strongly recommend avoiding weekends and peak hours!
Late and early arrival
In case of delay, we unfortunately cannot guarantee an extension of the tour's duration. If you arrive at the location earlier than scheduled, we cannot guarantee that the guide will be available before the specified start time.
Meeting point and start of service
The place of service provision and the meeting point is the main entrance of the Mercado de San Miguel, facing Plaza Mayor.

The tour guide will be waiting for the client at this point. The service begins precisely at the moment you meet the guide at the specified location.
Cancellation and Modification Terms
Since the premium snacks and private guide are specially prepared for you, the following strict cancellation policy applies:
- If you cancel more than 7 days before the service begins, 100% of the amount paid will be refunded.
- If you cancel between 7 days and 24 hours in advance, 50% of the amount paid will be refunded.
- Cancellations less than 24 hours in advance, as well as no-shows at the scheduled time and location, unfortunately, are non-refundable and do not entitle you to a refund.
