The nature of the performance and on-site consumption
This is an extremely intense live performance. Due to the nature of flamenco, expect powerful rhythmic sound effects (such as loud stomping and rhythmic clapping, i.e., palmas), as well as dynamic, rapidly changing stage lighting. Your purchased ticket is for the exclusive performance and seat reservation. Any further consumption (tapas, wines, refreshments) can be settled during the evening directly at the venue.
Appointments, arrivals, and escorts
You can choose the date and time through our website's built-in booking system. Please let us know your booking intention as soon as possible! The exact start time of the performances may vary depending on the specific day. For smooth entry and convenient seating, please arrive at the venue well in advance of the start.

Cancellation and Modification Terms
As these limited, accessible premium seats are reserved specifically for you, the following cancellation policy applies:
- If you cancel more than 7 days before the service begins, 100% of the amount paid will be refunded.
- If you cancel between 7 days and 24 hours in advance, 50% of the amount paid will be refunded.
- Unfortunately, if you cancel less than 24 hours in advance, or do not show up at the appointed time and place, the amount paid is non-refundable.
