In order to make your gastronomic experience in Madrid perfect and predictable from the first moment to the last, please review the logistical details of the program, which we have put together for your uninterrupted comfort.
The content and nature of consumption of a traditional Spanish menu
As part of the authentic experience, the following abundant, traditional menu will be served to you:
- Appetizer: You can choose from two traditional options.
- Main Course (Paella): Choose your favorite from two different, authentic variations.
- Choose from a glass of ice-cold sangria, a Spanish beer, or a refreshing soft drink.
- To finish: A delicious homemade dessert or cup of coffee will crown your meal.
Important information regarding dining: The restaurant reserves the right to modify its food and drink offerings according to seasonality and fresh ingredients. Consumption of products not purchased on-site within the restaurant is strictly prohibited. Any additional consumption during the evening, beyond what is included in the booked package, must be paid for directly at the restaurant.

You can choose the date and exact arrival time through our website's built-in booking system at the time of purchase. Our office will immediately forward this information to the restaurant, so the staff will be waiting and ready to receive you at the specified time.
Along with the booking confirmation, we will send you a voucher that contains all the details. Please be sure to present this voucher at the restaurant upon arrival!

Cancellation and Modification Terms
As fresh ingredients and your reserved table are specifically booked for you, the following cancellation policy applies:
- If you cancel more than 7 days before the service begins, 100% of the amount paid will be refunded.
- If you cancel between 7 days and 24 hours in advance, 50% of the amount paid will be refunded.
- If you cancel less than 24 hours in advance, or do not show up at the agreed-upon time and location (no "comparecencia"), the amount paid is unfortunately non-refundable.
