Part 1: Premium Experience
Mercado de San Miguel (guided tasting)
I will take you on an exclusive guided tasting tour at Madrid's most famous historic market. During the program, you will get to taste 3 authentic, premium tapas and 1 selected drink per person (excellent wine, beer, or refreshing soft drink). As a companion, I will introduce you to the history and cultural significance of the foods in a professional, expert presentation lasting 30-40 minutes. This way, you will gain a true culinary perspective: you will know exactly what you are eating and why!
Part 2: Authentic Spanish Dinner
(private dining experience)
After the market bustle, a generous, traditional three-course Spanish meal awaits you (including drinks) at an authentic restaurant carefully selected by me. (The exact menu content is included in the individual description of the restaurant service).

Appointment Booking and Schedule
You can choose the service date and exact start time through our website's integrated booking system at the moment of purchase. Our office will immediately forward this information to the partner restaurant, so the staff will be waiting for you, prepared, at the specified hour.
Meeting points and start of services
As the package includes two different locations, please take the following into consideration:
- The Market (Lead Section): Mercado de San Miguel (Address: Pl. de San Miguel, s/n, Centro, 28005 Madrid). The guide will wait for clients exactly at the entrance of the market. The service officially begins at the moment of meeting the guide.
- The restaurant (Private section) La Barca del Patio Restaurant (Address: Plaza de Cascorro, 19, Centro, 28005 Madrid). The dinner service begins upon entering the restaurant. Important note: The guide will no longer accompany you to this second part, the restaurant section. You can enjoy this experience independently in a private setting.
Cancellation and Modification Terms
Because we are booking exclusive tables and premium ingredients at multiple locations for you as part of the package, the following cancellation policy applies:
- If you cancel more than 7 days before the service begins, 100% of the amount paid will be refunded.
- If you cancel between 7 days and 24 hours in advance, 50% of the amount paid will be refunded.
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance, as well as no-shows at the designated time and location, are unfortunately non-refundable.
