Capacity and booking deadline
Headcount and pricing: The standard price of 199 EUR per person applies with a minimum of 4 participants. If only two people are traveling, the Couples VIP rate (299 EUR per person) will be applied. The maximum group size is 10 people.
Advance booking Due to the complexity of the services, the package must be booked at least 1 week (7 days) prior to arrival.
ATTENTION! Important information about allergies
Safety is our top priority: it is mandatory and essential to inform us of any food allergies or intolerances before completing a reservation on our website, so that the restaurant's chef can prepare in advance.
Appointment Booking and Schedule
You can choose the service date and the exact start times of the programs through our website's built-in booking system at the time of purchase.
Meeting points and start of services
As the package is a logistically comprehensive one, please take into consideration the following locations:
- 1. Private Airport Transfer: Arrival (From the Airport): The meeting point will be at the arrivals area of Madrid-Barajas Airport. The transfer representative will be holding a sign with the client's name and will escort them to the vehicle. The service begins upon boarding the vehicle. Return (To the Airport): The service begins upon boarding the vehicle at the pick-up point previously provided by the client.
- 2. Private City Tour: In the city center of Madrid, at the statue of Queen Isabella II (Reina Isabel II), at the exit of the Ópera metro station. The private guide will be waiting for you with a small flag. The service begins the moment you meet the guide.
- 3. Authentic Spanish Dinner: La Barca del Patio Restaurant (Address: Plaza de Cascorro, 19, Centro, 28005 Madrid). The dinner service begins upon entering the restaurant. Important note: The tour guide will not be present for this restaurant program, and you may enjoy your dinner independently.
- Authentic Flamenco Evening Flamenco Theater (Teatro de Flamenco) – Calle del Pez, 10, Centro, 28004 Madrid. The service begins the moment you enter the building. Important note: The guide will not be present for this program.
ATTENTION! Important Information Regarding Accessibility
The programs: The route of the private city tour, as well as the locations for dinner and the flamenco show, are completely accessible for guests with reduced mobility.
The Transfer Please note that the vehicle providing the airport transfer is NOT accessible (it does not have a ramp). Transporting guests who use wheelchairs is only possible in the vehicle if they are able to exit the chair independently without external assistance, and the wheelchair is foldable so it can be placed in the trunk for the duration of the transfer.
Cancellation and Modification Terms
Since the package includes exclusive tables, tickets, transfers, and a premium guide at various locations, the following cancellation policy applies:
- If you cancel more than 7 days before the service begins, 100% of the amount paid will be refunded.
- If you cancel between 7 days and 24 hours in advance, 50% of the amount paid will be refunded.
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance, as well as no-shows at the designated time and location, are unfortunately non-refundable.
